How to raise a complaint
Call 904-659-1005 or email us with your name, property address, project date and a description of the concern. Photographs help if the concern is about workmanship.
How we handle it
We acknowledge complaints promptly, inspect where an on-site review is needed, explain what we found, and set out what we will do to resolve it and by when. If we disagree with the assessment, we will say so and explain why rather than going quiet.
